3787271 - A11y: Enter/Spacebar Cannot Activate Interactive Elements in All Forms View - SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

When focus lands on a cell that visually contains an arrow icon in performance form grids, pressing Enter or Space does not open the side panel.

1. Go to the any Latest Performance Form.
2. Select “All forms”, navigate by tab key to the Forms table
3. Navigate to Arrow key using Arrow Keys and activate interactive elements using Enter or Spacebar. Observe that no action occurs.

The arrow icon in the section item is a decorative image and not an interactive element; it does not gain keyboard focus. Grid keyboard navigation moves focus to cells, not the decorative icon itself. The action to open the side panel is bound to the objective row, not the cell containing the decorative icon.

• Note that this behavior is working as designed: decorative icons are not interactive and do not receive keyboard focus or activation via Enter/Spacebar.
• To open the side panel or activate the item, move focus to the interactive objective row or link (not the decorative icon cell).
• When the objective row has focus, press Space or Enter to open the side panel.
• When testing accessibility, verify that activation is attempted on interactive rows/links or buttons in the table; do not expect activation from decorative icon cells.
