3787358 - Error "The destination country could not be determined" after sending a document in transaction code J1AEXPMONITOR

Symptom

It is being used transaction code J1AEXPMONITOR to send a Billing Document or an Accounting Document (FI document) to Argentina Tax Authority. When sending the document, it is appearing the error message "The destination country could not be determined" in the Log screen and the document appears with status E (Error).
