3787362 - Requisitioner name not populated in purchase requisitions created from PP/DS

Symptom

The "Requisitioner Name" field is not populated automatically in purchase requisitions created manually from PP/DS Product view.

PP/DS heuristics generated purchase requisition doesn't have requisitioner, the field EBAN-AFNAM is empty.

How to enable the auto-population of the Requisitioner Name for purchase requisitions created with the APO creation indicator "A".
