3787441 - Managers unable to open program from employees' learning history

• As a Manager in Team View, opening a completed program from an employee’s Learning History returns: “Error loading program details. Please try again.”
• Network traces show: “You no longer have access to this program.”

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in as a manager.
2. Navigate to Team View (My Team).
3. Select a direct report.
4. Open the user’s Learning History (completed learning activities).
5. Click a completed program.
6. Observe the error: “Error loading program details. Please try again.”
7. Retry and confirm the error persists.
