Symptom

The displayed storage space usage in the iContent Management Tool does not update as expected (expected monthly refresh).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the system in the production environment.
  2. Navigate to the area where storage space usage is displayed.
  3. Observe the displayed storage usage value and note the last update date or lack of change over time.
  4. Repeat the same steps in the preview environment and compare the displayed values.
