3787500 - Incorrect Search Result in LMS for Programs with Filter on Competency

Symptom

  • On Learning Administration, when filtering Programs by a specific competency (including selecting all competencies), some programs appear in the results even though no competencies/attributes are assigned on the program or its constituent items.
  • When filtering Programs by Attributes and searching, an application error occurs: "An application error has occurred. Please try again."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to LMS Administration > Programs.
  2. Select all competencies and start a search.
  3. Observe that some programs are returned even though neither the program nor its items have competencies/attributes assigned.
  4. Go to LMS Administration > Programs.
  5. Select All Attributes and start a search.
  6. Observe that an application error is displayed.
