3787521 - Cannot Delete Lead Notes via UI or Data Impex: Error 'Only the latest note of type S032 can be deleted'

• User is unable to delete Lead Notes from the Lead object, either directly from the UI or via Data Import and Export (Data Impex).
  When attempting a bulk deletion via Data Impex (Import Update), the import completes with errors and the error log file contains the following message:

            { Only the latest note of type S032 can be deleted. }

• In the UI, the delete icon may be visible on the most recent note, but older notes of the same type cannot be deleted.
  The issue affects multiple leads simultaneously when attempted via bulk import.
