3787579 - time account balance does not include future leave - SAP successfactors employee central

• The balance displayed in the Time Account Balance card does not consider future leaves.
• No error message or error code is displayed.

1. Go to the employee profile.
2. Navigate to Time Management.
3. Open the Time Account Balance card.
4. Observe that the displayed balance does not consider future leaves.

• The Time Account Balance card follows the Balance Calculation Setting on the Time Account Type. When configured to “Consider bookings until calculation date,” future leave is not deducted from the displayed balance.

1. Note that this is expected behavior: when the Time Account Type is set to “Consider bookings until calculation date,” future leave is not included in the Time Account Balance card.
2. If a different default behavior is required, submit an enhancement request so this can be considered for a future release. Refer to the link in the See also section.
