3787581 - Home tab shows "there is something went wrong" while Notifications still work within SAP SuccessFactors app from Microsoft Teams

• When logging into the SuccessFactors app on Teams, the Home tab displays the error: "There is something went wrong. Please contact to support."
• Notifications from the app are received without issues.
• The issue occurs on both the web and desktop versions of Teams.
• The issue persists after clearing cache and cookies, and after signing out and signing back in.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2605

1. Log in to Microsoft Teams and open the SuccessFactors app.
2. Navigate to the Home tab.
3. Observe that the error message appears.

The Home tab crashes when there are no quick actions available. The UI component used by the Home tab does not properly handle empty or null quick action data, which leads to an exception and the error message.

The fix for this issue will be included in the next patch 2605p18, scheduled for the end of August 2026.
