3787605 - sso not working after certificate renewal with re-entrance ticket error in analysis office; businessobjects business intelligence platform

• AO reports SSO not working after renewing the certificate in the BI platform.
• When refreshing Analysis Office reports, the error appears: "System.InvalidOperationException: Could not get a valid re-entrance ticket to BW from the active session service".
• Issue started immediately after generating new certificates.
• Error pop up shown while refreshing the AO report:
