3787630 - Application server fails to start after system refresh

Symptom

After a system refresh from another development system, the application cannot start.
R3trans/trans.log shows:
SQLCODE: 259.
SQLERRTEXT: invalid table name: Could not find table/view DDNTF in schema SAPHANADB: line 1 col 49 (at pos 48).
