3787642 - Error BT071 when activating change log for mapping context in CFIN target system

Symptom

There is requirement to activate change logging for Central Finance mappings (able to use transaction FINS_CFIN_KM_AUDIT),

However when schedule a background job, it will receive error BT071,

Error text: User DDIC is unknown

For the user DDIC, it may have already been removed in this system client, so it does not exist in the current system client.

It needs to know if this user DDIC must be used when do such activation
