The Offboarding option is not visible in the homepage dropdown, even after enabling Offboarding in the backend and assigning required permissions.

1. Go to Home Page
2. Click on the dropdown menu
3. Check for Offboarding option
4. Observe that the option is not visible

• No active (Open) offboarding process exists in the system
• Initiate Offboarding Configuration business rule conditions are not met
• Terminated employee does not have a manager assigned
• Past-dated termination causing the offboarding process to auto-complete

To resolve the issue, perform the following checks:

1. Verify Active Offboarding Process
   • Ensure at least one terminated employee has an active (Open) offboarding process
   • The Offboarding option appears only when an active process exists
     
     
2. Validate Business Rule Configuration
   • Navigate to: Admin Center → Configure Business Rules
   • Check the rule with scenario Initiate Offboarding Configuration
   • Ensure conditions (e.g., event reason) match employee data
     
     
3. Check Manager Assignment
   • Navigate to: Admin Center → Data Inspector → Table_USERS_SYSINFO
   • Confirm the terminated employee has a valid manager assigned
     
     
4. Review Termination Date
   • Avoid past-dated terminations as they may auto-complete the process
   • Use a future-dated termination to keep the process active
     
     
5. Verify Intelligent Service Center (ISC) Events
   • Navigate to: Admin Center → Intelligent Service Center
   • Ensure both Termination and Offboarding events are triggered
     
     
6. Monitor Process Execution
   • Navigate to: Admin Center → BPE: Monitor Process
   • Confirm Offboarding process is triggered successfully

The Offboarding dropdown visibility depends on the presence of an active offboarding process and correct configuration. Once all prerequisites are met, the option will appear as expected.
