• When accessing or editing Email Services > Email Settings in Admin Center, an error is displayed.
• Error: "[COE0021]Invalid property names: EmailSettings/allowEmailToNonBizXUsers"
• The error occurs for different users, including administrators.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Admin Center.
2. Navigate to Onboarding Email Services.
3. Open Email Settings.
4. Observe error: "[COE0021]Invalid property names: EmailSettings/allowEmailToNonBizXUsers".

This issue is caused by a mismatch between the MDF object definition and system metadata/cache, typically due to recent configuration changes, incomplete MDF sync, or stale MDF cache / outdated OData metadata. 

To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:

1. Sync MDF Object Definitions

• In Provisioning, run: MDF Object Definition to DB Sync Job

2. Clear MDF Cache

• In Provisioning, open MDF Cache Tool
• Clear the MDF cache

3. Refresh OData Metadata

• Navigate to:
  Admin Center → OData API Metadata Refresh and Export
• Select Refresh Metadata Cache

4. Refresh RBP Configuration

• In Provisioning, run:
  Refresh RBP Permission Configuration

5. Validate

• Return to Email Settings
• Confirm the page loads without error
