3787711 - Plan values appear missing after running R_FINS_PLAN_TRANS_CO_S4H_2_ERP

Symptom

Planning data is imported using the Import Financial Plan Data app.

After executing program R_FINS_PLAN_TRANS_CO_S4H_2_ERP, some plan values appear to be missing or zero in the target ERP planning data or related reports.

Table ACDOCP is populated, but it may appear that the transfer program did not transfer all imported values.

Differences may also be observed when comparing values in ACDOCP with reports such as S_ALR_87013543 or S_ALR_87013611.
