3787724 - RHINTE30: BDC Session Generated Despite No Inconsistency Between PA and OM

When running report RHINTE30, a BDC session is generated even though there is no inconsistency between Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). You would like to understand why report RHINTE30 still produces results when no PA-OM inconsistency exists.
