3787762 - The "Tax Calculation" field does not appear when using Journal Entry Templates - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

In the "Post General Journal Entries" app, the "Tax Calculation" field is not visible when selecting a template created within the "Manage Journal Entry Templates" app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a journal entry template within the "Manage Journal Entry Templates" app
  2. In the template header, include a tax code on line items
  3. Open Post General Journal Entries and select this template → the "Tax Calculation" field is not visible

Cause

The field 'Calculate Tax' in the header has been set as hidden in your template.

Resolution

    Edit the template and add the header field “Calculate Tax” .
