3787866 - Out-of-range check-in flag remains 'Yes' and blocks visit check-in even within range

Symptom

  • Attempting to check in to a Visit within the store shows the error “Check-in is not possible as you are out of Check-in Range”.
  • The OutOfRangeCheckIn indicator stays set to Yes after an earlier out-of-range check-in attempt.
  • Check-in remains blocked even after moving within the allowed range.
