3787891 - Freight Value Missing in Sales Order Overview Screen

The freight value is not displayed in the Freight field on the Sales Order Overview screen. However, the freight amount is correctly maintained and can be verified under the Pricing and Invoicing tab.

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. In the Show field, select All Orders.
4. Search for the Sales Order ABC (where ABC represents the Sales Order ID).
5. Observe that the Freight field is blank in the overview of the Sales Order.
6. Open the Sales Order and navigate to the Pricing and Invoicing tab.
7. Under Total Pricing, observe that the freight amount is correctly maintained.
   
   

The freight value is displayed in the Sales Order QAF (Sales Order Overview) only when none of the items have been invoiced and the Sales Order has not been created as a copy or follow-up document.

The feature to display the freight value on the Sales Order Overview screen is currently not available.
Therefore, the freight value is not displayed in the Freight field on the Sales Order Overview screen, even though it is correctly maintained in the pricing details.

The required implementation is currently not available. This requirement has been added to the Product Backlog to enhance the functionality in one of the future product releases.
