3787960 - Final review step cannot be initiated only after compliance forms submission - Onboarding

The requirement is to configure Final review step to initiate only after compliance forms submission.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete the Provide Personal Data  and Additional data collection step in Data Collection.
2. Observe that Final Review initiates immediately, in parallel with Compliance Forms.
3. Open Process Variant Manager and attempt to add a step after Compliance Forms.

Compliance Forms are not mandatory before the hire is completed and have no dependency on Data Collection steps; therefore, by design, Final Review cannot depend on compliance completion.

This behavior is by design, it is not possible to configure Final Review to initiate only after Compliance Forms are completed.
