3787985 - Matrix Managers Cannot See Matrix Reports in Growth Portfolio Team View - SAP SuccessFactors TIH

• In Growth Portfolio > Team View, matrix managers cannot view matrix reports for their reports even though permissions seem configured.
• When the Reporting Level filter is set to “Matrix Report,” no users are returned.
• No error message is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Navigate to Growth Portfolio as a Matrix Manager.
2. Open Team View.
3. Select People.
4. Click Show Filters.
5. Set the Reporting Level filter to Matrix Report.
6. Observe that no matrix reports are displayed.

Missing “Employee Profile > Matrix Manager (view)” permission in Role-Based Permissions for matrix managers, including the Matrix Reports in Target Population.

Add Employee Profile > Matrix Manager (view) permission in Role-Based Permissions for the Matrix Manager. Include Matrix Reports in Target Population.
