3788014 - RFC runtime error when “-” is used as an amount in Import Financial Plan Data

Symptom

When importing financial plan data using the Import Financial Plan Data app, the import terminates with the following error:

RFC Error: Runtime error occurred in backend system

The following runtime error may be generated in the backend system:

  • Runtime error: CONVT_NO_NUMBER
  • Exception: CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_NUMBER
  • ABAP program: CL_FINS_ACDOC_CSV_PROC_HELPER=CP
  • Short text: "-" cannot be interpreted as a number
