3788061 - Matrix grid shows wrong Talent Flags/Icon labels in Excel export

The Matrix Grid Report shows correct data on the UI, but the Excel export contains different values for the Talent Flags/Icon fields (Example: "risk of loss" and "impact of loss" fields.).

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Open the Matrix Grid Report and review the on-screen Talent Flag/Icon values.
2. Export the matrix grid data to Excel.
3. Compare the exported values against the ones from the UI and observe that the values do not match.

The labels for the icons are not aligned between the locale and the default values for the Excel export under the Matrix grid report icon configuration page.

Update labels for the icons in the default values for the Excel export under the Matrix grid report icon configuration page. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the "Matrix grid report icon configuration" page.
2. Select the affected field
3. Click on Take Action > Edit
4. Change Language to Default
5. Update the labels for the column "Alternate text for Excel export"
6. Save the changes.
7. Re-export the matrix grid to Excel and verify that the exported values now match the on-screen grid.
