3788071 - SuccessFactors Work Zone Cards behavior when there is no record

If a HR card "Change" type in Work Zone has no record, a new record cannot be created, even though the user has permission to add and can Add the record in SuccessFactors. In the card, the message displayed is: "There's no data yet" "When there is, you'll see it here."

• SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

1. Open a HR card in Work Zone with a Change type (change addresses/change emergency contact/change last name/change marital status)
2. If there is no record, it is not possible to Add one
3. Validate that it is only possible to Add the first record in SuccessFactors.

This is working by Product design. The "Change" type card currently does not support Add new record. This applies to change addresses, change emergency contact, change last name and, change marital status.
