3788101 - DTW Connection Fails with Error 306: "the specified resource name cannot be found in the image file"

• An error occurs when attempting to connect to a database using DTW.
• Error message: "Connection to HDB@[host]:[port] has failed. Error Code: 306. The specified resource name cannot be found in the image file."
• DI API logs show the following error messages:
  • SLDClient SLDClient::GetCompanyKeyAndKeyState OData Exception code:1302 message NOT find dynamic key by given ID <ID>
  • Error: -8037, Failed to connect or logon to SLD, please check connection parameters and configure file (or) -4009, Failed to connect to SLD, make sure SLD server is correct and available (or) Extension Property not found in SLD.
• The Service Layer connection may also return a similar error message: HTTP Status: 500 Internal Server Error; Error Code: -306; Error Message: [Empty]
• The issue occurs only for specific databases and persists even after restoring from a backup to another environment.
