3788105 - "Create Extension" button missing in Configure Latest People Profile - Extensibility Feature

When attempting to add an UI Integration Card to the Latest People Profile, the "Create Extension" button is not appearing in "Configure Latest People Profile" page.

1. Open Configure Latest People Profile.
2. Click on the user menu at the top right.
3. Look for the "Create Extension" option; it is not available.

The "Create Extension" button is only visible if you configured the Extensibility Wizard between SuccessFactors and BTP. For that, an SAP Build license is required.

Note: it is possible to set up UI Integration Cards in the Latest People Profile without SAP Build by using only SAP Business Application Studio (BAS). However, this is not the standard or officially documented scenario and SAP Support will not be able to provide assistance with it. The standard implementation requires the Extensibility Wizard (hence, an SAP Build License), which simplifies the implementation process by automatically configuring many required implementation steps, reducing the amount of manual setup required.
