3788122 - No Option to Select FTP in the Destination While Scheduling Reports via RCT

Symptom

While scheduling a Report in SAP SuccessFactors, the user is unable to see or select the SFTP/FTP destination option in the Destination tab of the scheduling page.

The issue may be user - specific while other users in the instance can view the FTP/SFTP destination option successfully.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to the instance

2. Navigate to Report Center

3. Click on Actions > New Schedule for any report

4. Under Destination tab, FTP option to select is not visible

Cause

User who is scheduling the report doesn't have permission "Schedule Reports to FTP Destination"

Resolution

Grant the affected user with the Permission: "Manage Dashboards / Reports" > "Schedule Reports to FTP Destination"

Follow the steps mentioned in the KBA to provide the above permission to the affected user
