3788132 - Unable to Edit Parameters in a Custom CDS View Used as the Data Source for a Custom Analytical Query

A Custom CDS View is being used as the data source for a 'Custom Analytical Query', When attempting to edit the CDS View, the 'Parameters' section is disabled and cannot be modified.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The 'Custom CDS View' is currently being used by a 'Custom Analytical Query', therefore incompatible changes are not allowed.

It is not possible to modify the 'Custom CDS View' because it is already linked to a 'Custom Analytical Query'.

In order to modify the Parameter, Follow the steps below

1. Open 'Custom Analytical Queries' App.
2. Find the queries which are created based on this CDS view.
3. Remove the queries.
4. Go back to the App 'Custom CDS View'.
5. Modify the 'Parameter'.
