3788152 - Infotype 0390 deduction is calculated only once

Symptom

A deduction maintained in Infotype 0390 is expected to be considered once per month over several periods.

However, the deduction is generated only once, usually in the most recent payroll or termination payroll, even though the Infotype 0390 record is valid for a longer period.

Example:

  • Infotype 0390 wage type: MI65 set in 01.07.2026
  • Validity period: 01.01.2026 – 31.12.2026
  • Monthly amount: ARS 18,750.00 
  • Expected result from January through June:
    ARS 18,750.00 × 6 = ARS 112,500.00 
  • Actual result: only one occurrence of ARS 18,750.00 in the final payroll

The deduction flow may be:

MI65 > DPAS > Deduction 00005 > /48A

In the reported scenario, wage type /48A was generated with ARS 15,893.80, while the expected accumulated amount was based on six monthly occurrences.
