3788155 - Drop-down for Subject NameID: Source is empty.

Symptom

  • The 'Source' dropdown under 'Subject Name Identifier" → 'Primary Attribute' is blank and does not display any selectable values. 
  • The 'Primary Attribute' Source dropdown opens but no values are displayed, and the corresponding 'Value' field also remains blank. 
  • Since the 'Primary Attribute' is mandatory, the 'Subject Name Identifier' cannot be configured or saved.
