3788178 - Unable to add attachments in SuccessFactors Joule

Symptom

  • User is unable to add attachments in Joule.
  • The “Add attachment” option/button is not available, even when Joule asks the user to upload a document.
  • In some scenarios where the button does appear, attempting to upload a supported file type results in the error: “Something went wrong. The service is currently unavailable. Please contact your administrator.”
  • The behavior can differ based on whether an existing attachment is already present (button not shown when an attachment exists).
