3788208 - Customer Data Browser Preview Returns No Results When the Filter Value Exceeds 45 Characters

In the 'Customer Data Browser' app, no data is returned in the preview when a filter value longer than 45 characters is entered.

The 'Customer Data Browser' preview supports filter values of up to 45 characters only. As a result, data can only be previewed when the entered filter value does not exceed this limit.

This limitation exists because the data preview structure in the Customer Data Browser is currently defined with a maximum filter value length of 45 characters.

At present, this is a limitation on the 'Customer Data Browser' side, and only the first 45 characters of the filter value can be used for data preview.

If this functionality is required, a feature request can be submitted through the SAP Customer Influence Portal Influence Opportunity Homepage - Customer Influence  as described in SAP Note 11
