3788215 - Upload end-dated positions via spreadsheet reports false references while UI allows end-date - SAP Incentive Management

• Unable to use the "Upload End-dated Positions" function through the spreadsheet template.
• The system reports that records (E.g. credits/measurements) are tied to the position for the selected period, while the UI does not display such related records for the same period.
• End-dating the same position and period through the UI succeeds.
• Error messages observed include:
• "The position could not be removed from <period> to <period> because it is referenced during that time by a Credit."
• "The position could not be removed from <period> to <period> because it is referenced during that time by a Measurement."
