3788226 - Unable to Increase Initial List Size Beyond 20 Entries in Create Billing Documents App

Symptom

In the Create Billing Document app, only 20 rows are displayed at a time. To select all items, the user must repeatedly expand/load more rows.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Create Billing Document app.
  2. Observe that the result list initially shows only 20 items.
  3. To access or select all items, use “Load more” repeatedly to display additional rows.

Cause

The initial number of items shown in the result list is controlled by a framework-level pagination behavior intended to optimize performance and responsiveness.

Resolution

The behavior is by design. The initial number of rows displayed in the Create Billing Documents app is controlled by the system framework and cannot be adjusted through application settings or configuration.

To access more entries, use the "Load More" function to progressively load additional items.
