3788237 - Multi-level Range-Hash partitioning of ACDOCA table

ACDOCA is partition based on SAP recommendation - FISCYEARPER as range.

Create  multilevel partition to avoid 2 billion limit decided to choose BELNR & HASH 4 partition to have 500 million in each partition. 

but getting the following error :
