3788276 - Identity provider and SAML settings appear missing after migration from NEO to KYMA – SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services

Symptom

  • After migrating from the neo environment to btp kyma, the Administration > Identity Provider page no longer displays items such as IDP name, SSO endpoint, SLO endpoint, or signing certificate that were visible in neo.
  • In the identity authentication service (IAS), under Applications & Resources > Trust > SAML 2.0 Configuration, the “default” single sign-on and the single logout entries shown in neo are not displayed in kyma.
  • No error messages are shown; the behavior manifests as UI differences.
