3788300 - 'Ok to Rehire' check/flag of previous employment on 'Employee Central' module not validated when rehiring candidates from 'Recruiting' module from 'Manage Pending Hires' page

A candidate from Recruiting module with Ok to Rehire set to No can proceed through Manage Pending Hires page without any validation error, whereas rehiring the same person via Duplicate Match from Add New Employee raises an error "The employee XXXXX has been marked as Not OK to Rehire, please update employee details to rehire."

1. In Recruiting module to Employee Central module integration, move a candidate who matches a terminated person with Ok for Rehire as No into Manage Pending Hires.
2. From Manage Pending Hires, initiate the rehire and observe no validation error related to Ok to Rehire.
3. Separately, in Employee Central, start Add New Employee for details that match the same terminated person.
4. When Duplicate match popup appears, then Accept Match.
5. Observe an error indicating the person is not eligible for rehire.

It is known product gap as Recruiting Management module does not validate the Ok to Rehire flag; candidates with an approved offer and hireable status are considered for Manage Pending Hires page without any checks.
