This KBA contains steps to activate the connection to an existing connection for Manage Message Application in SAP Traceability Hub

SAP Traceability Hub

Login to SAP TH Production Portal https://ich4ls.cloud.sap/
•  Open Manage User tile.
•  Click on User Request.
•  Right side click on Approve button.
•  Open Manage Connection tile.
•  In the top-left dropdown, select Open.
•  Connection details will appear.
•  Activate the connection.
