3788375 - Execution manager notifications continue to be sent to old recipients despite updated manage notification settings - Integration center

• Notifications continue to be sent to previous email recipients after changing the contact in Execution Manager.
• Old recipients are not listed in Manage Notification, but messages still go out to them.
• No error message is displayed.

Execution Manager Dashboard

1. In Execution Manager, open Manage Notification for the relevant pre-delivered integration and update the recipient list.

2. Confirm that only the intended recipient appears in the configuration.

3. Run the integration or wait for the next run to launch email delivery.

4. Observe that emails are still delivered to previous recipients who no longer appear in Manage Notification. 

Legacy subscriptions created by another admin remain active and are only visible to their creator in Manage Notifications, leaving obsolete recipients active for the current admin. 

1.  Identify the original creator of the relevant subscription for the affected process type/definition in Execution Manager.
2.  Log in as, or ask the original creator to remove obsolete entries for that process type/definition in Manage Notification. 
3.  If the creator is unknown or unavailable, obtain approval to remove obsolete entries and open a support case to request deletion of hidden subscriptions from the system. (Internal Memo)
4.  Optionally disable and re-enable the External Event Notification for the affected pre-delivered integration to refresh the state.
5.  Run the process, verify only the intended recipient receives the email, and monitor subsequent runs.
