3788406 - Import Overall Score does not trigger business rule - Performance Management

A business rule assigned to run on field change for the overall score does not trigger when ratings are updated via import.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Create a business rule that evaluates the overall rating
2. Assign the rule "Assign Rules in Talent" to run on field change for the manual overall score on the performance form.
3. Launch a performance form for a user.
4. Import the overall rating for that form.
5. Check the form data from reporting: the dependent field set by the business rule does not reflect the expected change. The business rule is not triggered via import.

Importing scores does not run field-change business rules.
This is expected system behavior.
