3788460 - Outbound delivery with delivery group does not include items with zero confirmed quantity

When you try to create outbound delivery for a sales order which has delivery group correlation active (Create Delivery Group = B in configuration activity 103411 Configure Item Categories), outbound delivery is created only for child items that have available stock.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. In configuration activity 103411 (Configure Item Categories), set Create Delivery Group = B for the relevant sales item category that controls BOM items.
2. Create a sales order with a BOM where delivery group correlation applies.
3. Ensure at least one BOM child has zero available stock (zero confirmed quantity).
4. Create the outbound delivery for the order.
5. Observe that only child items with available stock are included in the delivery while zero-quantity items are excluded.

The "Quantity 0" field in configuration activity 102974 – Define Delivery Item Categories is set to B or C, which excludes line items with zero confirmed quantity from the outbound delivery and prevents the delivery group ratio logic from being applied.

Change the "Quantity 0" field to "A" — Display Warning Message. With this setting, the system creates the outbound delivery for all line items within the delivery group based on the lowest available confirmed ratio, including items with zero quantity.
