The payment advice generated from Manage Payment Advices App is automatically deleted and untraceable in the app after invoice clearing.

1. Create a payment advice using the Manage Payment Advices application.
2. Use the generated payment advice number in Post Incoming Payments App to clear the invoice.
3. After clearing, the payment advice is automatically deleted from Manage Payment Advices App and is no longer traceable in the system.
4. Additionally, the payment advice number is not stored in any journal entry fields.

• In the Manage Payment Advices App, the "Hold Payment Advice" flag is blank by default; consequently, the payment advice is automatically deleted upon invoice clearing and can no longer be retrieved.
• Additionally, as per standard system design, the system does not store the payment advice number in any field after clearing.

Before the clearing document is posted, check and set the "Hold Payment Advice" flag to "Yes" in Manage Payment Advices App to retain the payment advice after clearing.

Additionally, the clearing document can be traced in the payment advice details.
