3788479 - KB export uses login user as schema causing "invalid table name [259]" when tables are in another schema – Solution Sales Configuration

• When exporting Knowledge Bases with individual user ids, the connection uses the login user name as the schema name.
• The required SSC KB tables reside in a different schema.
• Export fails with: "com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: [259]: invalid table name: Could not find table/view COMM_CFGKB in schema : line 1 col 20 (at pos 19)"
