3788495 - Spell check appears in Legacy Goal Management

Symptom

Spell check feature should have been deprecated with release 1H2026 but it still appears when creating a goal in Legacy Goal Management.
When clicking on the spell check button, error appears:

"Looks like something went wrong
Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator.
Error Code: 404 Page Not Found"
