3788566 - Import Validation Failed Error During Importing

Symptom

You may get an error while Importing of Territory Routing Rules fails with error "Import validation failed". This happens, when editing the Decision table in the UI, the IN operator dialog shows only “1 selected” even though multiple country codes are maintained on the row, and the shown selected value is not present in the dropdown.
