3788575 - System Dumps While Rejecting 3PL Request

Dump occurs while rejecting the 3PL Request. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third-Party Logistics work center.
2. Go to 3PL Requests view.
3. Search for the 3PL Request: ABC. (ABC represents 3PL Request ID)
4. Choose Reject 3PL Request.
5. The system dumps.

There is missing Communication Arrangement between the 3PL Warehouse Provider and the relevant Company.

Maintain the Communication Arrangement between the 3PL Warehouse Provider and the relevant Company in the Application and User Management work center under the Communication Arrangements view.

After the Communication Arrangement is created, reject the 3PL Request.

Steps to Reject 3PL Request,

1. Go to Third-Party Logistics work center.
2. Go to 3PL Requests view.
3. Search for the 3PL Request: ABC. (ABC represents 3PL Request ID)
4. Choose Reject 3PL Request.
