3788669 - Custom attribute fields for specific business unit visible for any territory programs on SAP Territory and Quota

• Custom attributes fields created for a specific business unit (BU) are visible in all territory programs when managing the table configurations on the territory work tabs.
• All custom attributes created for one or more BUs can be added and modified in a territory program workspace by users with restricted/specific BU assignment
• Under Custom Attributes work area, users with restricted/specific BU access can only view custom fields with no BU assignment or fields assigned to their related BU.
