3788717 - Error "NIECONN_REFUSE" when testing OAuth 2.0 Access Token Request in SAP DRC Outbound Nota Fiscal

Symptom

When testing the OAuth 2.0 connection between SAP ERP and the DRC Cloud tenant, the following error is returned:

"Direct connect to <hostname>.authentication.br10.hana.ondemand.com:443 failed: NIECONN_REFUSE."
