3788777 - DRC Brazil Statutory Reporting and TDF - Error /TMF/SPED066 "Conversion of parameter/column from data type NVARCHAR to UCS2 (LE) failed" when generating SPED ECD register I250

Symptom

When running the SPED ECD report via transaction /TMF/ECD, the system fails during report generation and displays the following error:

Error executing view I250 Conversion of parameter/column (11) from data type NVARCHAR to UCS2 (LE) failed
Message no. /TMF/SPED066

The error occurs during cursor fetch — the first packages of data can be retrieved successfully, but the system fails when processing subsequent data package from the ECD_I250 HANA calculation view.

The issue is typically isolated to a specific reporting period while other periods generate successfully.
