3788806 - No Homepage Card or To-Do Notification Available for Candidates in Manage Pending Hire Stage

The assigned HR user expects to receive a Homepage Card or To-Do notification on the SAP SuccessFactors Home Page when a candidate reaches the Manage Pending Hire stage.

Currently, no homepage notification or task is displayed, and the HR user must manually navigate to Manage Pending Hire to identify candidates awaiting processing.
